When I read about design, I feel like I improve as a coach. Same goes for sales books. Design is about adapting to an environment to solve its needs. Selling is about convincing. Isn’t that what training is all about?
Listening to Miguel Milá at Hotel Jorge Juan, I couldn’t help but consult the notes I took while reading his book Lo Esencial —The Essential in English— a few months ago... and get excited again. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do:
